What convinced Kyle was the part where they appealed to his ego about developing somebody who is "raw." Kyle liked the idea of not having somebody who would tell him to f**k off, as Jimmy did. The problem is Trey isn't good enough at any of the stuff he needs to be good at for that to work, hence he has moved to Brock for that role. Brock listens to Kyle and does exactly what Jimmy told Steve Young Kyle was always telling him: Take the deep shot no matter what.

It's hilarious to try and watch you dance around the obvious. He liked him because he was 'raw' and it was somebody he could develop… but let's pretend Kyle didn't believe he was worth developing in large part because of the traits most people felt he had (mistakingly), including the people who convinced him.
Maybe there's an idiot out there who will buy this. I'm sure the rest will see this for what it is… total horses**t.
